Last week I wrote that I would be adding back exercise to my life. I laid out a plan. Well I did not do well last week with the
exercise plans and I was a bit disappointed with myself for this failure to follow-
thru with my plans. Yesterday I went back to the gym and had a great chest and ab workout. I also had a great lower body and arm workout today with about 20 minutes on the treadmill.
I am committed to have more physical activity as long as it does not interfere with my weight loss.
My energy level on both days has been stable.
